JLH Excavation & Cartage Acquires Bishop Vegetation and Drainage (BVD)

JLH Excavation & Cartage is proud to announce the acquisition of Bishop Vegetation and Drainage (BVD), a move that strengthens our position as a leader in excavation, cartage, and now specialised vegetation and drainage management.

This exciting acquisition means that JLH will expand its service offering, combining our existing expertise in earthmoving and cartage with BVD’s proven reputation in vegetation management and drainage solutions. Our clients can now benefit from a broader range of services, delivered with the same commitment to quality, safety, and reliability that JLH is known for.

A key highlight of this acquisition is the addition of a JCB Wheeled Excavator, fully equipped with advanced attachments including a Quad Saw, Slasher, Grapple Saw, 180° tilt and 360° slew drive, and a custom-built drain spinner. This versatile machine is purpose-built to handle some of the toughest vegetation and drainage challenges, from clearing laneways to managing large-scale vegetation corridors.
